1. PRE ORDER POLICY
Pre-orders require 80–100% upfront payment to secure your order.

2) Production timeline will be communicated (usually 5–7 business days)
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, or as soon as order is placed,
Balance must be cleared before pickup or delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (head size, color, style preferences of their order)
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once full payment or deposit has been received
You will receive an official order confirmation (via WhatsApp or Instagram Dm)
Unpaid orders after 24 hours will be automatically canceled.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINE
For ready-to-wear items: 1 -24 hours
Custom & pre-orders: 5-10 business days, depending on complexity & number of orders
Urgent Rush orders attract an extra fee (30–50%).
5. Payment Terms
We accept mobile money and bank transfer,
Payment must clear before delivery or pickup.
Installment plans are available only for bulk wholesale/custom orders, with clear deadlines.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Deliveries are done through trusted logistics partners.
Like yango ,DHL and our personal delivery riders.
Customers are responsible for delivery fees (unless stated otherwise).
Please do not pay delivery fee to our account, pay only to rider or delivery company.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, Xter AccessoriesGH is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party services.
Tracking info will be provided where available.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 24hours of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Custom-made and pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details like phone number and name yango land mark for easy delivery
For our international customers, kindly provide all information for shipping
Xter AccessoriesGH is not responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by wrong information. Any issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Communication & Support
All official communication is via our business WhatsApp, phone, or email. Social media handles. Response time is within 24 hours on business days. We are committed to resolving concerns in line with these policies.
